| Your key accountabilities will be: • Advising on and drafting (commercial) international contracts ( like purchase agreements, supply agreements, general conditions, R&D agreements and cooperation agreements) for several European countries (and Brasil) • Responsible for all matters around corporate housekeeping • Several legal projects like Compliance (Code of Conduct) • Managing any (pre) litigation • Legal awareness training | ||

| Qualifications: • University degree in Law • At least 8 years of relevant experience (such as contract, commercial) within an international environment • Advanced knowledge of contract and commercial law • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent written spoken English German language skills • Good written and spoken Spanish is a pro • Well-developed negotiation skills • A people leader and a team player; able to drive progress by building relationships | ||
